SPRING TESTING STAND
MODEL TC2-2
This test rig has been designed for determining the performance curves of compression metal and rubber-metal elements of vehicle suspension systems and for recording the measurement results in the form of paper printouts and digital files saved on a computer hard disc. When the spring to be tested is installed on the test stand, the test cycle is automatically carried out with current test data being continuously recorded. The test parameters are set and the test stand operation is controlled by a computer program. The test stand is used at the Repair Department of the company METRO WARSZAWSKIE Sp. z o.o.

BRAKE SERVO TESTING STAND

This device is intended for testing vacuum power brake servos (servomechanisms, boosters) complete with a master cylinder (such assemblies being often referred to as a power brake unit) or without the master cylinder, within the scope of leak-tightness, negative pressure value at ambient temperature with or without load, efficiency ratio without and with vacuum applied, brake pedal stroke absorption by the servo, as well as force, work, and/or power output.
The test stand includes:
· Hydraulic system for precise control of brake servos complete with a master cylinder;
· Pneumatic system enabling precise control of the test conditions;
· Measuring, monitoring, and control system making it possible to carry out test procedures in the auto (programmable) or manual control mode.
STAND FOR TESTING THE BRAKE CALLIPER SHIFTING FORCE

This facility has been designed for determining the force necessary to shift the callipers of hydraulic disc brakes of passenger cars and light trucks and vans.
The test stand includes:

HANDBRAKE TESTING STAND
MODEL AB-780
This stand has been designed for testing the handbrake systems of drum brake mechanisms of passenger cars and goods vehicles of up to 3.5 t capacity within the scope of durability, efficiency of the mechanical system, and fatigue strength.
The test stand includes:
· Pneumatic system enabling precise control of the test conditions;
· Hydraulic system;
· Measuring, monitoring, and control system making it possible to carry out test procedures in the auto (programmable) or manual control mode.
GENERAL-PURPOSE BRAKE CALLIPER TESTING STAND

This test rig has been designed for testing callipers of hydraulic disc brakes of passenger cars and light trucks and vans within the scope of leak-tightness, residual braking torque, stroke absorption, piston movement starting pressure, rollback, and piston return load.
The test stand includes:
· Set of fixtures for the fastening of all calliper types to customer’s requirements;
· Hydraulic system for precise feeding of brake fluid to the callipers under tests
· Pneumatic system enabling precise control of the pressure-generating actuators and the hydraulic part;
· Measuring system for direct monitoring of the test conditions
· Measuring, monitoring, and control system making it possible to carry out test procedures in the auto (programmable) or manual control mode.
STAND FOR TESTING POWER BRAKE UNITS AND THEIR COMPONENTS

This facility has been designed for functional testing of power brake units, vacuum brake servos, and master cylinders.
The test stand includes:
· Positive pressure pneumatic system for leak-tightness testing of reservoirs;
· High vacuum system for the feeding of brake servos;
· Two testing stations with linear electric drive systems;
· Measuring, monitoring, and control system making it possible to carry out test procedures in the auto (programmable) or manual control mode.
